The trustee is basically the party that represents the creditor as a whole and the bankruptcy estate. They're pretty much our counterpart, we represent the debtor, they represent the creditors and they're bound to make sure that the case moves along smoothly, the rules are followed and so forth. There is an opportunity that every debtor will meet their trustee at a meeting about five weeks into the case and they'll be asked questions and so forth, but just keep in mind, the trustee doesn't represent you, the trustee actually represents the creditors for the other side.
